Our Quality Promise

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Special order products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Because many of our products are produced using 3D printing and small-batch production, subtle layer lines or minor variations may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process, not defects.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
