Many of our products are designed and produced in-house using small-batch 3D printing, allowing us to create unique home décor and functional products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Some items may be made to order, which can occasionally extend processing times during periods of high demand such as holidays or market events.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Coastal Farmhouse cannot guarantee recovery of orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue when possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If a return is approved, customers must securely package the item and ship it back using the instructions provided after contacting us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
