Inspired by professional air-pruning nursery containers used by commercial growers and backed by real horticultural science, the Harmony HydroCore System is engineered to create the ideal root environment for healthier, more resilient plants.

Through guided root growth, natural air pruning, and balanced reservoir watering, Harmony helps support stronger roots while reducing the risk of overwatering.

Not every plant thrives in a self-watering system — which is why Coastal Farmhouse planters support both full drainage and the removable Harmony insert.

How the Harmony System Works

Harmony creates multiple root zones that guide growth, encourage air pruning, and maintain balanced moisture from the integrated water reservoir.

Designed to Support Healthier Roots

This elevated insert system:

• Prevents overwatering
• Delivers consistent bottom watering
• Promotes airflow beneath the root system
• Naturally air-prunes roots to prevent circling
• Reduces the risk of root rot
• Actively guides roots for stronger, healthier growth

Natural Air Pruning

As roots reach the ventilated edges, exposure to air gently “prunes” them, encouraging the plant to grow a stronger, fuller root system instead of becoming root-bound.

Self-Watering Reservoir

Simply add up to 5-cups of water every 7-14 days (plant dependent) to the integrated reservoir and allow the system to support your plant from the roots up.

Crafted using precision FDM manufacturing and Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG), a durable, moisture-resistant material well suited for functional plant systems and everyday indoor use.

Due to the nature of the material and manufacturing process, slight variations in surface texture may occur and are part of the unique character of each piece. Each item is made to order, and lead times may vary.  Periodic rinsing is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
